Our client is a leading travel company providing travel-related services and solutions to customers.
Working Days: 5 days per week
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customers travel enquiries and requests via phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
- Provide information on travel visa applications and travel insurance.
- Handle and follow up on customers enquiries and bookings, including pre- and after-sales service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Opportunities to travel overseas for familiarisation trips and tour-leading assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification/work experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GDS booking systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo and OB system will be an advantage.
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Malay will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
