Working Location : Near Woodlands/Marsiling
Responsibility:
-Act as the first point of contact for all transportation-related enquiries from parents, students, and staff.
-Handle all transportation-related enquiries, feedback, and complaints from parents and staff.
-Address feedback, complaints, route change requests, and emergency issues with appropriate follow-up.
-Coordinate daily bus routes, driver schedules, and student transport lists.
-Liaise with bus vendors and drivers to ensure punctuality and service standards.
-Maintain accurate transport records, billing details, and service documentation.
-Monitor vehicle servicing, compliance, and safety requirements.
-Coordinate incident reporting and documentation when necessary.
-Perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Minimum O Levels and above
-Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience for Officer/2-3 years experience for Executive
-Able to communicate effectively
-Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
Remuneration:
-Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200 (depending on experience)
-Working hours: 7.30AM-6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
-Shorter working hours on certain months
-5 days work week
-Office working environment
-Annual leave 10days per year + special off days
