Job Description
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient handling of all student enrolments and registration processes.
- Managing school fee collections and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Handling and following up on all customer inquiries via various communication channels to ensure satisfaction.
- Assisting in the daily operations of the school to maintain a high standard of service.
- Maintaining a patient and professional demeanor when interacting with children and parents.
- Collaborating with the supervisor on shift rotations and operational requirements.
- Ensuring the reception and front-of-house area reflects the professional standards and appearance of the school.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level / ITE qualification or above.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to manage children effectively.
- Must be bilingual with the ability to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking parents/customers.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day work week, including weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
