Job Description

Our client is a Continuing Education & Training provider in the Education industry. They are looking for a Customer Service Officer to support their team in the next phase of their business. They have multiple locations across Singapore.

This Customer Service Officer would be responsible for:

  • Deliver professional, high-quality service in a customer-facing role.

  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure consistently high service levels and satisfaction.

  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution efficiently within SLAs.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer support processes.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments to understand operational workflows and ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any disciplines
  • Comfortable working on weekends
