- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from tenants/residents
- Provide front-line customer service and support
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Maintain proper records of interactions and cases
- Assist in events, tenant engagement, and communication
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Nitec in any field
- Prior experience with customer service is preferred
- Experience in property management industry is an advantage
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
- Salary: Up to $3200
- Working Location: Depending on project
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
