Job Description

  • Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from tenants/residents
  • Provide front-line customer service and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain proper records of interactions and cases
  • Assist in events, tenant engagement, and communication
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min Nitec in any field
  • Prior experience with customer service is preferred
  • Experience in property management industry is an advantage
  • Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm)
  • Salary: Up to $3200
  • Working Location: Depending on project
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
