Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and assist customers with appointment bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of customers treatment services, product purchases, and preferences.
• Provide after-sales support and promptly address customer inquiries.
• Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving complaints effectively.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Support the team with ad hoc duties as assigned.
