Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to potential/current customers, students, parents and guardians.
• Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs in the best possible way.
• Respond to customers in person or through the telephone and emails
• Ensure proper student registration process and management.
• Collect registration, tuition fees and update student account.
• Maintain stock of books and uniforms on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Candidates without experience will be considered.
