Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
- Logistic support of training operations
- Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
- Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
- Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
- Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
- Any adhoc duties assign
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Good IT Knowledge, digital website knowledge (i.e SkillsFuture)
- Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PPT, Word, etc)
- Candidates who are bi-lingual will be preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
