Job Description

To provide counter registration and administrative support at Training Hub.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
  • Logistic support of training operations
  • Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
  • Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
  • Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
  • Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
  • Any adhoc duties assign

Job Requirements:

  • Minimally GCE O Level
  • Good IT Knowledge, Microsoft Office Knowledge and especially excel
  • Knowledge in Digital Website (i.e SkillsFuture Claims)
  • Candidates who are bi-lingual are preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
