To provide counter registration and administrative support at Training Hub.
Job Responsibilities:
- Tally of payment, SkillsFuture claim, invoice submissions
- Logistic support of training operations
- Liaison with external agencies on documents and submissions
- Follow-ups with trainees on document submission or claim issues etc
- Answering to telephone and email enquiries on training course
- Front counter duties handling customer query on training course
- Any adhoc duties assign
Job Requirements:
- Minimally GCE O Level
- Good IT Knowledge, Microsoft Office Knowledge and especially excel
- Knowledge in Digital Website (i.e SkillsFuture Claims)
- Candidates who are bi-lingual are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
