Job Summary
Handle customer service requests across multiple channels, coordinate technician and contractor scheduling, maintain accurate CRM and Excel records, and manage third-party contractor claims efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer service requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians and contractors for site visits to ensure timely service delivery.
- Update CRM and Excel databases accurately with completed service details to maintain reliable records.
- Manage and process third-party contractor claims to facilitate smooth operations and payments.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer support role to effectively handle customer interactions.
- Proficiency in digital tools, computer systems, and CRM applications to support operational tasks.
- Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills to de-escalate tense calls and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of a GCE O-Level certificate.
