Customer Service Officer - Job Scope

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and service arrangements with customers and operations team
  • Follow up on delivery status, delays, and any service discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update system data accordingly
  • Liaise closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalation when necessary

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office / email usage)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior customer service or logistics experience is an advantage
