Job Details:
Location: East Area - Changi Business Park

Working Days: 5-day work week with rotating shifts (Mondays to Sundays and public holidays)

Working Hours: 1pm - 10pm // 2pm-11pm // 3pm - 12am

Salary Range: $2,700 - $4,000 (Commensurate with experience) + $1000 Allowances

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable, Subject to performance)

Benefits: Entitled with 14 days Annual Leave, MOM-standard Medical and Hospitalization Leave, insurance coverage, and 1 month completion/performance bonus.

Another two roles available (No allowance given) first with banking call centre experience, Monday - Friday 9am-6pm another is with any call centre experience, 5 days a week, 830am-8pm, rotating shift.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized telephone customer service, handling enquiries on banking products, accounts, and services in an efficient and professional manner.
Understand customers needs and provide appropriate solutions with attentive, quality service.
Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
Consistently deliver excellent service to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Gather customer feedback and identify recurring issues to drive service improvements.

Requirements

Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Priority will be given to candidates with any prior experience - internships, part-time work, school holiday projects, or any other working experience.
Candidates with call centre experience will be offered a higher remuneration package.
Candidates with banking industry experience will have an added advantage.
