Job Description
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Officer. The role focuses on front-facing guest engagement, security support, and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service to guests and visitors
- Attend to guest enquiries and provide accurate information
- Assist with directions, check-in guidance, and general hotel support
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Handle feedback and escalate issues to hotel management when required
- Support front desk or concierge team when needed
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming service area
Requirements
- Minimum hospitality degree or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or security preferred
- Able to communicate well in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Presentable, polite, and service-oriented
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
