Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Customer Relations Officer to manage client communications, coordinate deployment updates, prepare documents, and maintain records to ensure high client satisfaction in a security agency.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback via phone and email to resolve issues and provide information
- Coordinate effectively between clients and the operations team to communicate deployment updates and ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, and contracts to support client transactions and agreements
- Maintain organized records of all client communications and documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes
- Deliver consistent client service to uphold high satisfaction and service standards
- Perform basic administrative tasks and support ad hoc duties as needed to assist the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or coordination roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and manage records efficiently
- Ability to multitask and work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines
