Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with daily cargo booking requests across various airline products.
  • Secure capacity with airlines and confirm space allocation with customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of airline product requirements and provide appropriate advice to customers.
  • Manage administrative aspects of cargo bookings, including inputting flight reservations into systems/templates and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing data.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in airfreight customer service, co-loading, or a related field.
  • Possess at least GCE O Level or N Level qualifications.
  • Familiarity with the CCN system is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends when required.
