Responsibilities:
- Support customers with daily cargo booking requests across various airline products.
- Secure capacity with airlines and confirm space allocation with customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of airline product requirements and provide appropriate advice to customers.
- Manage administrative aspects of cargo bookings, including inputting flight reservations into systems/templates and ensuring data accuracy.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing data.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in airfreight customer service, co-loading, or a related field.
- Possess at least GCE O Level or N Level qualifications.
- Familiarity with the CCN system is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends when required.
