Job Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for office administrative roles.
. Conduct interviews and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Team Management
. Supervise the office team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
. Communicate SOPs and directives from HQ to the office team effectively.
. Collect feedback from the office team and provide structured reports to HQ.
. Manage staff roster schedules and monitor attendance.
. Serve as a liaison between HQ and the office to ensure alignment of goals and processes.
3. Ad-Hoc Tasks & Office Operations
. Assist senior management with special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
. Coordinate with external vendors for office facilities management, such as maintenance, repairs, and rentals.
. Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operationally efficient.
Job Requirements:
. Proven experience in office management, customer service, or administrative leadership.
. Strong people management skills with the ability to handle team escalations professionally.
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders.
. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
. Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
. Experience liaising with vendors and managing office facilities is a plus.
Working Hours:
. Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm
. Alternate Saturday 8am - 12pm
Working Location: Mount Austin, Johor Bahru
