Handle all daily operational activities of incoming and outgoing customer orders (both local and overseas) includes invoicing - billing, costing and preparation of quotes.
Management of customers, overseas network partner queries and local queries.
Close monitoring of shipments and to ensure on-board deliveries and all local pickup and deliveries are being managed in a smooth manner.
Update of information, movement of cargo and inventory in the marine solutions portal
Ensure smooth running of all job processes to achieve KPIs as set as by HOD and Management so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all key processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely preparation of documents for billing and costing.
Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures
Assist in the implementation for new Marine Solutions customers
Timely submission of reports as and where needed
Adherence to the KPIs set as by the HOD and Management
Ensure timely update of customer's records to ensure completeness and accuracy of Database
Procurement of buy rates from vendor(s)
Take part in regular global conference call dedicated to Marine Solutions business and participate actively in discussions
