Job Summary
You will serve as the first point of contact at the building's front desk, managing administrative tasks and providing professional support to visitors and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk administrative tasks to maintain organized and efficient operations
- Answer telephone calls professionally, meeting call quality and productivity standards to support customer service
- Respond to visitor and customer queries and feedback clearly and helpfully
- Provide visitors with accurate information to assist their needs within the building
- Assist visitors in resolving issues with turnstile access to ensure smooth entry
- Represent the building positively as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Perform concierge support duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall building services
