Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service executives to drive high performance and deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for managing intricate operational issues, addressing client concerns, and overseeing effective service recovery.
  • Manage daily coordination of air and sea freight shipments
  • Prepare quotations for air and sea import/export shipments
  • Create and issue Debit Notes (DN) for import/export shipments and follow up with clients
  • Review and verify shipping documents (e.g., BL, CIPL, Permit, COO, CNM)
  • Evaluate project-based opportunities, prepare quotations, and manage operations
  • Handle 3PL and warehouse inbound service quotations, operations, and Delivery Notes issuance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Singapore clients and overseas partners
  • Support business growth through effective client and partner engagement

Key Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experienced customer service professional in freight forwarding and supply chain, with 3-5 years leading teams to operational excellence.
  • Proficient in English and Korean (spoken & written) to liaise with Korean clients and counterparts
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders
