Job Responsibilities
. Order processing including inventory order planning duties
. Work closely with sales team on fulfilling customer's expectations on lead time for stock arrival
. Handle sales team enquiries suck as inventory avaliability, order follow up and delivery coordination and quotations.
. Manage customer's orders with respect to customer requirements, backlog order status and planned supplier deliveries in order to maintain acceptable customer service levels.
. Ensure proper record and documentation verifications and filing
. Review forwarders for efficencies and cost effectiveness.
Job Requirements
. Relevant Diploma in any discipline
. Min 3 years relevant working experience in sales support functions
. Sales support functions knowledge of shipping and frieght will be of plus advantage
. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer concerns
. Able to work in teams as well as independently with minumum supervision
. Able to work on weekends, public holidays
