Job scope:
Lead, coach, and manage the Customer Service team while overseeing daily operations, inquiries, and escalations.
Manage sales lead handling, proposal preparation, eSEF, invoicing, and accurate customer documentation.
Drive digital transformation and manage key client accounts, ensuring compliance, relationship building, and service reviews.
Prepare monthly performance reports, track KPIs, ensure SOP compliance, and implement service improvements.
Analyse feedback and complaints to identify root causes and enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
Collaborate with Business Development, Logistics, and Operations to align service delivery, resolve issues, and support company objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory or team lead position.
