Job scope:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the Customer Service team while overseeing daily operations, inquiries, and escalations.

  • Manage sales lead handling, proposal preparation, eSEF, invoicing, and accurate customer documentation.

  • Drive digital transformation and manage key client accounts, ensuring compliance, relationship building, and service reviews.

  • Prepare monthly performance reports, track KPIs, ensure SOP compliance, and implement service improvements.

  • Analyse feedback and complaints to identify root causes and enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Logistics, and Operations to align service delivery, resolve issues, and support company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory or team lead position.

  • Strong adaptability, analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear and professional communication.
