Job Responsibilities:
. Respond to customer enquiries and process orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products
. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction
. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and order information for tracking and reporting
. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in order fulfilment processes
. Follow company policies and procedures consistently to deliver a reliable customer experience
. Use computer systems and CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and order processing
. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to meet service goals
Job Requirements:
. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and multitask efficiently
