Job Summary
Manage warehouse customer service operations by ensuring quality work, compliance with safety and company regulations, and efficient handling of sales orders, delivery documentation, billing, and customer liaison to support smooth daily delivery activities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of work output by adhering to established standards and procedures
- Operate in compliance with the Integrated Management System to maintain safety and environmental responsibility
- Identify and halt work processes or initiate corrective and preventive actions when requirements are unmet
- Comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations consistently
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations to maintain a safe workplace
- Manage sales orders accurately to support order fulfillment
- Prepare delivery, shipping, and order processing documents to facilitate timely shipments
- Liaise daily with forwarders and clients to coordinate delivery activities and resolve issues
- Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers to support financial operations
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and payments to maintain strong relationships
- Perform production administration tasks to support operational efficiency
