Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, process orders, resolve issues, and support office administration in a fast-paced SME environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media to provide timely and accurate information
- Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and conduct follow-ups to ensure order completion
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage deliveries, orders, and service requests efficiently
- Perform daily office administrative duties including scheduling and managing office supplies
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation for business transactions
- Organize and maintain filing and record-keeping systems for easy retrieval and compliance
- Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business operations
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) to support documentation and communication
- Ability to multitask and work independently to manage diverse responsibilities effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams professionally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative role within an SME environment
- Familiarity with invoicing or basic accounting software to assist with financial documentation
- Basic knowledge of social media and customer messaging platforms to enhance customer engagement
