Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service/front desk experience will be an advantage

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Willing to work at least 2 days a week

  • Able to converse and write in Chinese will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Greet parents and students, handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, messages)

. Process enrolments, fees, and student records

. Manage class schedules and attendance

. Handle feedback and support customer needs

. Assist with centre operations and events

. Editing videos of recorded lessons

. Use of MS office for administrative matters, CRM system

. Printing of worksheets, tuition centre operations and other adhoc tasks
