JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant School Head supports the School Head in the daily operations and overall management of the centre, ensuring smooth centre execution, strong service standards, and a positive experience for parents and students. This role plays a key part in staff coordination, enrolment support, customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency across the centre .
JOB ROLE

- Support the School Head in the day-to-day running of the centre
- Oversee daily centre operations to ensure classes, schedules, and front desk activities run smoothly
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, service standards, and operational policies
- Handle parent enquiries, feedback, and service recovery in a timely and professional manner
- Support enrolment growth through follow-up of enquiries, trial coordination, and conversion support
- Monitor student attendance, withdrawals, transfers, and overall centre movement
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate class schedules, room usage, and resource allocation efficiently
- Supervise front-line and operations staff to ensure proper execution of duties
- Support manpower coordination, including roster planning and coverage arrangements
- Ensure centre facilities, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and not misused
- Monitor centre readiness, cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation standards
- Assist in implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce service gaps
- Support centre events, registration exercises, promotions, and other operational activities
- Step in to manage the centre in the absence of the School Head
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Customer Service, Education Management, or related field
- Minimum2 years of relevant experience in centre operations, customer service, retail or enrichment environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle parent-facing situations professionally and confidently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- 5.5days or 6 days work week
- Must be able to commit to both Saturdays and Sundays
