Job Description
. Provide essential support to the sales team
. Enhance customers experience and engagement by providing service information and resolving any service problems
. Maintain and develop close relations with existing customers and vendors
. Coordinate closely with all parties to provide good service to our customers
. Liaise with overseas agents
. Follow up closely with vendors and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods/shipments
. Declaration of permit with zero error
. Manage documentation for billing and closing of job files after completion of shipments
Requirements
. Min 2 years of customer service experience
. Proficiency in both English and Chinese as there is a need to communicate and liaise with counterparts in China
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
. Strong networking abilities
. Critical thinking skills
. Proactive and able to work efficiently
