Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive to manage customer communications, process orders, and coordinate shipments while supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to provide accurate pricing, stock availability, and shipping information
- Prepare and generate quotations, process customer orders, and issue invoices
- Collaborate with sales, finance, warehousing, and other departments to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange local and export shipments and prepare shipping documents
- Follow up with customers to collect payments on overdue invoices
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications to support daily tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completed GCE N/O/A levels
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience fresh graduates are welcome to apply
