About the Role

We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Operations / Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic service environment, is organised, responsive, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.

You will play an important role in supporting daily operations, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, outlets, and the operations team.

.Key Responsibilities.

-Support daily laundry operations to ensure customers needs and service requirements are met efficiently

-Check and price laundry orders accurately

-Handle customer enquiries, sales calls, and service requests in a professional manner

-Coordinate and schedule pick-up and delivery arrangements

-Assist in addressing customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and courteously

-Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP submissions for corporate clients

-Work closely with the Operations Manager and team to resolve operational matters and improve service standards

.Requirements.

-Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills

-Polite, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues

-Comfortable using computers and mobile-based systems

-Able to communicate in English and Chinese

-Able to work evenings and/or weekends when required

-Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and LTVP holders are welcome to apply
