A Singapore-based professional services firm providing accounting, compliance, and corporate support services to a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Handle client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, delivering effective solutions tailored to their needs.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Operational Support: Coordinate and enhance day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
Customer Experience: Provide outstanding service, including onboarding and orientation for business clients to ensure a positive experience.
Process Execution: Manage transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Team Collaboration: Take initiative in handling ad-hoc tasks and work closely with the team to meet overall business and client objectives.
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial or customer service within the corporate services sector.
Diploma or relevant certification in corporate secretarial practice or a related field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Additional language skills such as Cantonese or Bahasa Melayu are advantageous.
Familiarity with BizFile, XBRL, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing tools is preferred.
