Customer Service Executive (Sales support/ Electronics/ 6 mths cont convertible to perm)

• Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT: Macpherson)

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

• Starting with a 6-month contract, renewable & convertible

Job Descriptions

• Process sample and order requests, including creation of delivery orders to customers

• Handle sales enquiries and technical-related issues

• Prepare and provide quotations for customers

• Process catalog requests with overseas sales teams and customers

• Expedite and reschedule customer orders as required

• Liaise with relevant departments regarding urgent shipments

• Manage and attend to sales calls

• Prepare AS9100 documentation

Requirements:

• Customer service/ sales support/ order processing experience of 3 to 5 years in electronic components industry

• Good office/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and process documentation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide customer service over phone and email

• Familiarity with shipping documents and customer procedures

• ITE/Diploma in a technical field, preferably with inside or outside technical sales experience
