Responsibilities:

1. Processing of daily orders using systems
2. Process and respond to orders sent in via:
   a) WhatsApp
   b) Email
   c) E-commerce Website
   d) Phone Calls
   e) Through frontline sales teams
3. Process returns and claims
4. Checking of Price & Stock Status
5. Generate reports
