We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the Saint-Gobain Singapore team. This role requires to support daily customer service operations by handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery, there by maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Handling incoming purchase orders and delivery queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Proactively monitor customer accounts watching for zero orders or sudden spikes.
Process orders, plan and arrange for delivery.
Update and monitor reseller's sales vs target sales incentive for Sales team follow-up action.
Upload data for inquiry order on a daily basis to ensure that the report is up-to-date.
Initiate the creation of an updated customer price list.
Forwarding complaint report to the appropriate teams for immediate review and resolution.
Daily order processing
Check customer order, ensure quantity order by customer is in full load/in full pallet and check stock availability.
For loose orders or shipments that are less than a full load (LTL) or full pallet,waivers for additional packing costs or underload charges must be obtained through a formal approval process.
Check purchase order price vs quotation. When a price discrepancy arises handle the situation quickly with the sales team.
Prepare delivery order for delivery and self-collection as and when required.
Collaborate with sales teams regarding orders that have exceeded credit limits or terms, update payment status for Finance approval.
Complaints /Compensate/Exchange/Sample/Goods Returned
Forward documentation for review and endorsement.
Liaising with the warehouse team, informing them of logistics arrangements approval, andreference the approval to start work.
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or relatedfield.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,particularly Excel and Word, for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technologies to support business operations.
Ableto work independently as well as a good team player.
Possess positive work attitude, willing to learn and have good time management skill.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability in completing tasks.
