Customer Service Executive (Retail)

Work Location: Ubi, Vertex

Key Roles

. Provide intuitive and enjoyable customer-centric services by interacting and providing appropriate advice to Customer's need and enquiries with a professional disposition at all time.

. Ensure smooth overall operations, good visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom.

. Manage samples and catalogue inventory in the showroom.

. Ensure all walk-in customers are well-attended to.

. Promote brand awareness and increase customer base in CRM.

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least GCE N Level and above

. Ability to think creatively and work independently

. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.

. Candidates with showroom / customer service / frontline experience preferred.

. Required to work Retail Hours (Day), 5 Days Work Week (inclusive of Weekends and PH)
