Job Summary
Support customer engagement by managing enquiries, preparing sales documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and assisting marketing efforts to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and deliver effective day-to-day support to enhance customer experience
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales orders, and track delivery progress to ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with production, planning, and technical teams to coordinate order processing and resolve issues
- Address customer feedback and issues by initiating follow-up actions to maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist in developing and updating marketing collaterals such as brochures, slides, and catalogues to support sales efforts
- Support customer visits, exhibitions, and seminars by providing logistical and operational assistance as needed
- Deliver basic product support by applying training knowledge to assist customers effectively
Required competencies and certifications (Added advantage)
- Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or manufacturing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship exposure may be considered
