Assisting in acquiring and developing Company's products.
Manage in generating and processing of sales order schedules.
Regularly engage/communicate with customers for sales.
Offering consistent and efficient post-sales support to customers.
Manage daily operations and orders in hand by liaising/cooperate with other departments.
Responsible for the creation of necessary service manuals and procedures documentation by coordinating with the service department and customers to ensure timely availability.
Acquiring technical information, drawings and data as needed.
Coordinating with marketing team on customers needs.
Active participation in meetings (e.g production and sales order review).
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Diploma or Degree in Business or other relevant equivalent field of study.
