Position: Customer Service Assistant (Reception)
Location: Promenade
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.45am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, greet clients in a professional manner
Taking messages for clients as they require, straight onto their phones, via voicemail or written
Filing, general administrative matters, take charge of receptionist matters
Ensuring that all billing are filled out immediately and accurately in your time sheet and all cleaning or handyman issues are written into the appropriate books
Handle complaints and compliments
Any other ad-hoc duties required
Requirements:
At least O Level certificate
At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service
