Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by overseeing order processing and ensuring efficient communication across various departments.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer purchase orders using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, pricing, and documentation.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for B2B communication, addressing inquiries from distributors and OEM customers.
  3. Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules, working closely with logistics partners and manufacturing plants.
  4. Handle customer complaints, return requests, and defective product claims, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with company policies.
  5. Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock availability and supporting order allocation.
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Production teams for seamless operations.
  7. Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions while supporting monthly reporting on service KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably within the automotive sector.
  3. Proficient in using ERP systems experience with SAP is an advantage.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
  6. Demonstrated capability in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
