Job Description

Position: Customer Service Executive (Contract)
Salary: Up to $3,500
Location: Promenade area
Duration: June 2026 - End September 2026 (3 months contract)


Job Summary

You will manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes using SAP, coordinate logistics, resolve order issues, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely invoicing and delivery, supporting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily order-to-cash (OTC) activities in SAP, including order entry, order confirmation, invoicing, and shipment processing to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor and resolve order blocks related to credit, pricing, and master data, escalating issues when necessary to maintain workflow
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL), warehouse teams, and local distributors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Track open orders and shipments, proactively following up on delays, short shipments, and delivery issues to minimize disruptions
  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and order changes promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Support month-end activities by ensuring order closure and invoicing accuracy for financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate transaction records for reporting and audit compliance
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders including sales, supply planning, and finance to align on orders and deliveries
  • Provide basic service level visibility on open orders, delays, and issues to stakeholders for informed decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with and take guidance from the Senior Customer Service Specialist to improve processes and outcomes

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or order management role
  • Proficient in SAP S4 and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to handle high transaction volumes accurately
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow established processes, and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong execution discipline and smart decision-making skills to resolve problems effectively
  • Team player who thrives in a self-directed, collaborative environment
  • Experience in the FMCG sector, particularly Wines & Spirits, is considered a plus
