Customer Service Executive/Paya Lebar/Immediate start

Salary range: $2,500.00 to $3,000.00
Start date: ASAP
Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1.00pm (we are looking into WFH or alternate Saturday)

About the role
You will manage retail and corporate car rentals, support replacement car activation for insured customers, and ensure smooth rental processing.

Key responsibilities
Rental & Customer Operations: Secure retail and corporate rentals, preparing quotes, managing account renewals.
Fleet & Claims Logistics: Coordinate vehicle activations and returns, maximize fleet utilization, and handle breakdown or accident incidents promptly.
Administration & Compliance: Process rental workflows accurately and deliver professional customer support.

About you

• 1 year of experience is preferred.

• Valid class 3/3A driving licence. (will be an advantage)

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.

• Immediate availability or a short notice period
