- Position : Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfilment / ERP)
- Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.00am to 5.45pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Up to 2 Months Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and manage order updates professionally
- Process purchase orders, quotations, and change orders accurately
- Maintain ERP/MRP records for sales orders and job orders
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Track shipment schedules and follow up on delivery timelines
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation for customer orders
- Escalate issues promptly and support continuous process improvements
- Assist with other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning, production coordination, or supply chain roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with hands-on experience with data entry and Microsoft Excel reporting
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with ERP / MRP systems (preferably SYSPRO) is an advantage.
