Customer Service Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepares and respond to customer inquiries by studying products, services and customer service processes.
• Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors and update both internal & external stakeholders.
• Performs data entry, opening & closing of files and costing preparation subsequent to invoice generation.
• Engage in departmental discussions to resolve customer issues pertaining to operations, customer service or any other sales-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations.

Requirements

• Degree education in Logistics or possesses a Chemistry background.
• Relevant work experience in the Logistics or Transportation field with no less than 2 years in the related industry is a must
• Experience in tank freight operations, fleet control & management & Tanks leasing will be preferable.
• Knowledge of DG cargo including IMDG/IATA is a must.
• Able to make tradenet declaration and familiar with Certificate of Origin
• Able to start work immediately will have an added advantage
