Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams
Provide shipment updates and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Update and maintain work task management ()
Assist in general administrative and support tasks when needed
Requirements
Min 2 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in customer service (experienced in logistics/shipping/air freight is a must)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
