Working location: Tuas (company transport provided at Chua Chu Kang)
Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am-530pm
Salary: Up to $3200
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and manage Letters of Credit (L/C) and related trade documents
- Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel on stock availability and deliveries
- Liaise with freight forwarders to arrange local and overseas shipments
- Track orders and shipments, providing updates to internal teams and customers
- Ensure all documentation complies with shipping and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service (trading/ manufacturing environment preferred)
- Familiar with L/C and basic shipping documentation
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
