Customer Service Executive
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm ( Mon - Fri)
Salary : Basic $3,400 to $3,800 + $200 Transport Allowance + OT

Job Scope:

Customer Support:

Provide quality customer service support via email and phone through ticketing system.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
Resolve customer problems and claims effectively and promptly.
Promote and recommend new products to existing customers.

Order Management:

Input customer purchase order into system and manage sales orders for customers.
Allocate stock and arrange delivery for customer orders.

Customer Relations:

Conduct regular meetings with customers to maintain close communication.
Monitor and track customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Reporting and Improvement:

Create monthly reports on customer service activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Participate in customer service improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in any field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing, delivery arrangement,and customer relationship management, preferably in spare parts distribution industry will be an advantage.
Proficient in Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulas.
At least 2-3 years experience using SAP/S4 Hana SD module is a must.
Knowledge in PowerBI is an advantage but not required.
