Customer Service Executive

Job Title : Customer Service Executive (ID3615)
Location : Jurong
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $2500-$3000

Job Description
. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on customer confirmations and purchase orders (POs).
. Coordinate work orders, maintain sales records, and prepare sales reports and documentation.
. Assist with communication link applications, down payment collection, security floor plans, and service agreements when required.
. Handle vendor approval forms and customer portal registrations.
. Send maintenance contract reminders and circulate company announcements.
. Build and maintain good customer relationships by providing customer service, following up on feedback, and supporting customer visits.
. Follow up with customers on outstanding payments (credit control).
. Collect and share market and competitor information, and support marketing and business development activities.
