As a Customer Service Executive (Healthcare Products), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process customer quotations accurately and input sales orders into the system in a timely manner.

  • Prepare, access, and email shipping documents and certificates to customers to ensure smooth delivery processes.

  • Retrieve invoices and Statements of Account from the system and share them with customers and Regional Sales Managers upon request.

  • Monitor and track urgent orders, proactively updating customers on order status and shipping details.

  • Access and respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) via the customer portal within stipulated timelines.

  • Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to the customer portal to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

  • Handle general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stationery inventory.

  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Manager and Director.

Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience
