As a Customer Service Executive (Healthcare Products), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Process customer quotations accurately and input sales orders into the system in a timely manner.
Prepare, access, and email shipping documents and certificates to customers to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Retrieve invoices and Statements of Account from the system and share them with customers and Regional Sales Managers upon request.
Monitor and track urgent orders, proactively updating customers on order status and shipping details.
Access and respond to RFQs (Requests for Quotation) via the customer portal within stipulated timelines.
Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to the customer portal to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Handle general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies and maintaining stationery inventory.
Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Manager and Director.
