Job Description

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate recording of case information.
  • Assist with service hall bookings and related administrative tasks.
  • Assign and disseminate cases and inquiries from calls to frontline staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle complaints by providing appropriate solutions within set timelines and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, processes, and documentation, updating case files as required.
  • Provide administrative support to frontline staff.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance and Operations teams.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
  • Manage repatriation cases, corresponding with families, corporates, and stakeholders to ensure safe and smooth processes.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative support for all repatriation cases.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via email, web, and phone.
